Du bist Student:in der Musikwissenschaft oder eines verwandten Fachs? Du willst eine Podcastfolge produzieren und weißt nicht genau, wie du anfangen sollst?
Wir sind Rubato, der offizielle Podcast des Dachverbandes der Studierenden der Musikwissenschaft. Wir suchen Podcaster:innen für neue Folgen ab Oktober 2025. Bei uns bekommst du Hilfe bei jedem Schritt des Podcast-Produktions-Prozesses: Von Konzipierung und Scripting, über Aufnahme, bis hin zur Post-Produktion und dem Upload, sowie der Bewerbung deiner Folge, bekommst du von uns die Unterstützung, die du brauchst.
Alles, was wir dafür von dir benötigen, ist ein grobes Abstract, in dem du uns deine Idee vorstellst. Dabei bist du sowohl thematisch, als auch formell ganz frei. Solange es in deiner Folge um Musik gehen soll, liegt es bei dir, ob es ein Interview, eine Gesprächsrunde, ein Bericht oder ein wissenschaftlicher Monolog sein soll.
Nach deiner Bewerbung erhältst du einen Gesprächstermin mit unserem Redaktionsteam, bei dem wir alles Weitere mit dir planen. Einen voraussichtlichen Sendetermin können wir dir dann direkt mitteilen.

Are you a student of musicology or a related field? Do you want to produce a podcast episode but aren’t quite sure how to get started?
We are Rubato, the official podcast of the Dachverband der Studierenden der Musikwissenschaften. We’re looking for podcasters for new episodes starting in October 2025. With us, you’ll get support at every step of the podcast production process: from conceptualization and scripting, to recording, post-production, uploading, and promoting your episode — we’ll provide the guidance you need.
All we need from you is a rough abstract introducing your idea. Both the topic and the format are completely up to you. As long as your episode is about music, you’re free to choose whether it takes the form of an interview, a roundtable discussion, a report, or a scholarly monologue.
After submitting your proposal, you’ll be invited to a meeting with our editorial team, where we’ll plan everything with you. We’ll also be able to give you a provisional release date right away.
